You are responsible for users invited to your workspace, credential security, role assignment, and the accuracy of account information.
You retain ownership of the content you enter into OnloZap. You grant OnloZap the right to process it to provide the service.
Paid plans, checkout, subscriptions, and payment processing are handled through Stripe-backed billing flows.
OnloSign helps prepare and manage signing workflows, but you are responsible for reviewing content and confirming it fits your use case.
Zapling can draft, summarize, and recommend actions. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
You may not misuse OnloZap to attack systems, access unauthorized data, send abusive content, or violate applicable law.
Service expectations
OnloZap may change features, providers, or plans as the product evolves. We aim to keep customer-impacting changes understandable and support users through reasonable product issues.
The status page provides an overall health signal, but account-specific issues should be sent to support with route details.
Public pages and documentation may change as the product changes. The authenticated product remains the source of truth for available features.
Stripe, Supabase, email delivery, and AI providers may affect feature availability and behavior.
The service is provided as described in these terms and any applicable written agreement. Use professional judgment for business-critical decisions.
