Last updated: February 14, 2026. These terms describe the baseline responsibilities for using OnloZap workspaces, portal access, billing, documents, communication, and AI-assisted features.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for users invited to your workspace, credential security, role assignment, and the accuracy of account information.
- Invite only authorized team members.
- Remove access when users no longer need it.
- Use portal access only for the intended client-facing purpose.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you enter into OnloZap. You grant OnloZap the right to process it to provide the service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your records.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Billing
Paid plans, checkout, subscriptions, and payment processing are handled through Stripe-backed billing flows.
- Plan access may depend on successful payment or trial status.
- Enterprise or custom terms may require a separate written agreement.
Documents and signatures
OnloSign helps prepare and manage signing workflows, but you are responsible for reviewing content and confirming it fits your use case.
- Generated or templated documents should be reviewed before use.
- OnloZap is not a substitute for legal advice.
AI
AI-assisted features
Zapling can draft, summarize, and recommend actions. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
- Do not treat AI output as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
- Do not use AI features to bypass permission or client-access boundaries.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse OnloZap to attack systems, access unauthorized data, send abusive content, or violate applicable law.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
- Do not upload malware or intentionally harmful content.
Service expectations
Availability, changes, and support
OnloZap may change features, providers, or plans as the product evolves. We aim to keep customer-impacting changes understandable and support users through reasonable product issues.
Status and incidents
The status page provides an overall health signal, but account-specific issues should be sent to support with route details.
Feature changes
Public pages and documentation may change as the product changes. The authenticated product remains the source of truth for available features.
Third-party services
Stripe, Supabase, email delivery, and AI providers may affect feature availability and behavior.
Limitation
The service is provided as described in these terms and any applicable written agreement. Use professional judgment for business-critical decisions.
