• After login, you may need to select a workspace.
• If you have portal access only, use the portal login.

Billing checkout

If clicking a plan takes you to checkout and it fails, it usually means Stripe isn’t connected or the plan price isn’t configured.

• Confirm your workspace has a Stripe connection.
• Retry checkout from the pricing section.
• If it persists, contact support with the plan name.
